Hound hunting is a lifestyle and are passion.  This hunt is a heart pounding adrenalin pumping experience you will never forget weather it is a bayed up or treed. 

The hunt will take place in scenic  Down East Maine. We generally start the chase from one of our many active bait sites at daylight, utilizing a vast network of logging roads or Rig around travel and natural feeding areas for strikes from the hounds .  At times we also will walk the dogs into old apple orchards, or onto oak and beech ridges to start tracks, whatever it takes to ensure a quality hunt. Maine bear hunting with hounds generally leads to the largest black bear harvests of the season.  Last season are biggest was 502 pounds with other bears in the past even bigger.

We generally take 1-3 hound hunters per week.  If you are interested in first class Maine bear hunting with hounds give us a call. A $500 deposit is required when booking.  The balance is due upon arrival. Deposits are non-refundable. 

1 day is 500$ and 1000$ kill fee

3 day is 2500$ lodging and meals included 

6 day is 5000$ lodging and meals included
